You can record damaged goods in the billing entry; enter godown damage stock and automatically generate credit note. The module also adjusts the VAT automatically on return of goods. Likewise, claims are generated and synced with the company ERP automatically.

Exclusive Secondary Sales Analysis helps distributors in tracking various important sales parameters – value/volume sales, salesman productivity, effective coverage and product distribution.
